Very few people know that back in 1988, the Banana's were also recognised as one of the worlds greatest mime acts. Bruno Tonioli was their chief choreographer.
Banana Fact ... Bruno wasn't able to utilise his other skill as 'master of comedy voices' until after their world tour.
Sara was so convincing as 'lady knocking on door' that people would often avoid the invisible wooden structure for fear of looking foolish. Keren wasn't so good at mime, but Jacquie excelled in her role as 'woman waving for a cab'. They even won several awards.
